Constructed with heavy-duty 80 x 80mm - 3mm steel and precision engineering, it provides a stable platform for the big staple exercises such as pull-ups, strength training and accessory work.

• Note* This number doesn’t include the additional 6 pull up stations in the centre of the rig. Given the depth, there could be interference with those doing pull ups on the outside of the rig if used at the same time.
